Remote Support
Remote Support is used to connect directly to your computer from ours. Your helper can then see what's on your screen, and use your mouse/keyboard as if they were right there with you.
Although not every service can be done remotely. Your computer must be able to boot to Windows/MacOS/Linux, and have an active internet connection.

Friend of a Friend Computers is a computer service company located in Spokane, WashingtonOur mission is to offer customers friendly service and reasonable prices in addition to quality workmanship.
We are happy to service all standard PC’s including desktop and laptop computers.
Friend of a Friend Computers was started because we recognized a need for affordable computer service. The price of computers and laptops have come down so quickly, that it no longer makes sense to pay $400 for a repair, on that $500 laptop you bought last year. On that same note, however, throwing it away is not a very appealing option either.
We set out to build a computer service company that could leverage today’s best technology and business practices to deliver the computer services our customers needed at a price that was in-line with the new, lower, cost of technology.
We feel we have succeeded! If you’re wondering whether or not we have, please give us a try, you will not be disappointed.
